The History Behind Us
We sing a variety of music in a Barbershop Style that covers many genres. We also like to move! Many of our songs include choreorgraphy and our front row even does some dancing! We are a new chorus in the Akron Ohio area and we are a chapter in Sweet Adelines International.

Our Director
Although Akron Legacy is new, our director is not. Davis Wallace has earned certification as a Master Director, which is the highest level awarded by Sweet Adelines International. He has directed chotruses to Regional championships five times and to a top ten international finish. He is also an International Men's Quartet Champion, winning the gold in 1984 while singing with The Rapscallions.
